Privacy

Last updated November 3, 2026. This page covers pittsburghpierogifestival.com, the website of the Pittsburgh Pierogi Festival.

The short version

You can read this whole site without telling us anything. There is no analytics, no tracking and no advertising on it, and it sets no cookies of its own. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to type into the contact form.

The contact form

When you send a message we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the topic you pick and your message. We also record the time, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser type, which helps us tell real messages from automated spam.

Messages are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, our web host, and emailed to the festival team so we can reply. We use them only to answer you. We do not sell them, share them or add you to a mailing list.

Tickets and Instagram

Tickets are sold by ShowClix and our photos live on Instagram. When you follow a link to either one you are on their site, under their privacy policy, not ours.

Hosting

Cloudflare serves this site. Like any web host it briefly processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have a message you sent deleted, write to us through the contact page.
